OPVILO reads public sources and turns them into signal cards. Each card says what was detected, from which source, when it was checked and what status it has.
VERIFIED means the fact was checked at the cited source on the stated date. PENDING means it could not be fully checked; the card explains why.
We do not mix categories: project milestone, operating capacity or accreditation, partner search, funded R&D, funding programme, selected project and policy selection are different things. None of them is, on its own, a tender, a verified supplier or a commercial relationship.
We do not claim there is purchase demand, buyers or identified suppliers. We do not present OPVILO as global coverage or as first at anything: we only show the cases on this page.
The cases are checked by hand and each page states the date of the check. They are not updated automatically.
